PHASE OUT PLASTIC STRAWS
- Restrict future orders on plastic straws in the cafeteria
- Subsidize paper straws until the COVID-19 pandemic is over to ensure cleanliness
- Paper straws will be offered to compliment purchase of beverages
- Paper straws will be available for purchase
ESTABLISH A RECYCLING PROGRAM
- Create a formal program to ensure students recycle properly
- Make sure every classroom has access to a recycle bin
- Encourage students and staff to recycle
